Instructions

1
Obtain an image file with the album cover art you wish to add to your Omnia. You can obtain album art online (e.g., via search engines such as albumart.org), transfer it from another device, scan it in from a physical copy of the album or use a unique personal image instead.
-
2
Transfer the image file to your phone. You can do this by downloading it directly using the Omnia's web browser, connecting to a PC via USB cable or Bluetooth connection, using Wi-Fi to connect to a local area network (LAN) or even copying the file onto a microSD card and inserting the card into your Omnia. Once the file is on your Omnia, you simply need to move it to the proper place and give it the right name.
-
-
3
From the Home screen, choose "Main Menu," Programs" and "File Explorer."
-
4
Browse your phone folders and files until you locate the folder for the album whose art you wish to add or change. Open this folder, which should contain the audio files for the album tracks and may contain an existing image file.
-
5
Place the image file for the new album art into the folder.
-
6
Rename the image file "folder.jpg."
-
7
Restart Touch Player, Windows Media Player or whatever other application you use to listen to music. Play a track from the album whose art you just added, and your Omnia should now recognize and display the new art.

Tips & Warnings
If you have an application that allows you to edit ID3 tags, you could also paste image files with album art into the appropriate field for MP3 files (and some others as well). Your Omnia should recognize images contained in this field and display them as cover art.
