How to Make Your Own T-Shirt Logos
Many businesses and organizations like to use T-shirts with printed logos to serve both as walking advertisements and as "uniforms" for their staff and employees. There are many factors to consider when creating T-shirts with logos printed on them, such as the program used to create the logo, the appearance of the design and the method of printing the T-shirts.

1
Sketch out your logo ideas on paper using colored pencils. Sometimes you can come up with the perfect logo design by simply doodling out your ideas until you create something that fits your needs.
-
2
Open Photoshop. Go to "File" located at the top of your screen and select "New." Pick the background type (generally a transparent background is best to create a logo). Choose the size of your document by entering the height and width in the dialog box. Enter the resolution setting, choosing a minimum setting of 300 pixels in order to achieve a quality printing outcome.

3
Use the "Pen" tool in the programs toolbar to draw out the design you have in mind. Use your earlier sketches as a reference as you work but remain willing to add any changes or additional details you think will improve your design as you fine-tune it. Make use of other tools available including the "Text" tool to create logos with lettering and consider using filters and image adjustments to add effects to your logo. For example, by selecting "FX" you can choose from several options including "Bevel and Emboss" or add a "Drop Shadow" to text or a graphic.

4
Save the final version of your T-shirt logo design as a high resolution JPEG. You can now find a T-shirt printing service to print your shirts.
