Browse to the download page for version 7.0 of the Remote Desktop Connection Client using the link in the "Resources" section of this article.

Click "Next" through the prompts to install the update, then restart your computer. The Terminal Services Client is updated to version 7.0.

Windows Vista includes an earlier version of the Terminal Services Client. If you do not need the enhanced features of version 7.0 of the Terminal Services Client, find it on your computer by clicking the "Start" button (Windows orb) and typing "Remote desktop" in the search box at the bottom of the Start menu. Click "Remote Desktop Connection" to launch the program.
