How to Print Documents From a Blackberry
As a Blackberry owner, there may come a time you need to print a document. While the Blackberry does not come with any type of native printing capability, you can still print from it. As of January 2010, there are two different programs that enable Bluetooth printing from a Blackberry. Each program allows for printing of emails, images and other documents as long as there is a Bluetooth printer nearby.

Print with BeamSuite

Visit the BeamSuite website with your Blackberry browser and download the BeamSuite software (see Resources). It comes with a free 10-day trial--after which you must pay $49.99 for the full version of the software. It will install to the Blackberry when you download it.

Click the BeamBerry icon on your Blackberry screen to launch the program. Set up your default printer by searching under "Select Printer" for the Bluetooth printer.

Open the document that you want to print. Select "Print" from the menu and confirm that you want to print to the default printer. If you are at a different office or other location, you can choose "Search" to select a different Bluetooth printer. The document prints as soon as you confirm your printer.
Print with Cortado Basic Print

Visit the Cortado Basic Print website with your Blackberry browser and download Cortado Basic Print to your Blackberry (see Resources). It comes with a free 10-day trial, but costs $39.98 after that period. It will install when you download it.

Open the document that you want to print. Then, use the menu and select "Print" from the options. Select "Text" if you get the option of "Text" or "HTML."

Pick "Direct Printing" from the next menu to get to the "Select Printer" screen. Use "Search" to look for a local Bluetooth printer. Once selected, the document will print immediately.
