Take a trip to your local health food store or search online and find a organic cold-pressed Apple Cider Vinegar from organically grown apples. Conventional store bought Apple Cider Vinegar has been filtered, refined, distilled and pasteurized, to make it look more appealing to the buyer. Unfortunately the typical Apple Cider Vinegar is far less nutritious than the Organic kind. Opt for the health store variety with the 'mother'. Apple Cider Vinegar is an acquired taste and some may find it too pungent at first. If this is the case with you, introduce it to your tea at first, until you're used to the different taste. Some people prefer to take a 'shot' of Apple Cider Vinegar. I advise against this because that method can cause stomach upset.

Brush your teeth or at the very least rinse your mouth with water after using Apple Cider Vinegar. The acidity can cause the erosion of your dental enamel if it comes in contact with your teeth, and is allowed to remain there. This is a drawback of using Apple Cider Vinegar, but everything will be fine as long as you brush your teeth or rinse your mouth out with water after using. Using a straw to drink it will also help keep the ACV away from your teeth.
