Download and install Stellar Phoenix CDRom Data Recovery (see Resources). Insert the damaged CD in your CD drive. Once mounted, run the data recovery software.

Use the "Drive menu" option, click "Open Drive" and choose "Create Image." The "Create Image" option generates images of all contents on the CD. Once selected, the software executes to produce an image of the damaged disc.

Choose "Open Image" and select image when prompted by the software. The software starts analyzing the corrupt data and presents you with the available files.

Select the folder you want to restore by clicking "Recover Selected." To restore all files, click on "Recover All."

Choose a destination folder for the data and click "OK." The software performs the task and saves the recovered photos to the chosen folder.

Stellar Phoenix CDRom Data Recovery support is really suck. I purchased it couple days ago but I could not activate the software with the key code provided by them. I have called them for their support many times but recording was keep repeating and no one answered. The email support also not helped. I am going to call my credit card company and refund back from Stellar. Really bad support.
