How to Push Email From Your Outlook to Your Cell Phone

Microsoft Outlook is convenient not only for performing in-office duties such as emailing interoffice memos or adding tasks to to-do lists, but also for checking email while you are traveling. Since most people make use of their cell phones for both business and personal reasons, setting up Outlook to forward email to a cell phone is an efficient way to keep track of office activities and information.

Open Microsoft Outlook and click the "Tools" button located at the top of the Outlook toolbar.

    • 2
