How to Make Envelope and Stamp Glue

Making your own envelopes is easy and impressive. Here's the finishing touch.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Elmer's Glue-All
  • Small Sponges
  • Vanilla Extract
  • White Vinegar
  • White Vinegar
  • Small Cups
  • small, hobby paintbrushes
  • small, covered containers
  1. Step 1

    Mix 2 tbsp. white vinegar with 2 tbsp. Elmer's Glue-All in a small cup.

  2. Step 2

    Add 1 drop vanilla, cinnamon, peppermint or almond extract for flavor.

  3. Step 3

    Dab glue on the paper with a sponge or small paintbrush.

  4. Step 4

    Store in an airtight container.

on 11/22/2005 You should be careful. If you spill the glue on the floor (tile floors) you could make the tile floors sticky. You only want the stamp to be sticky, not your floor.
