How to Print to a Custom Page Size in MS Word

Advances in printers have made it possible to print many types of documents. Many printers can now print photos, postcards and greeting cards. Additionally, paper companies are now providing paper stock in various sizes. The ability to print a custom page size in MS Word allows you to print everything from wedding invitations to business cards. It's almost like having the print shops of old in your own home office.

      Click on the "Page Layout" tab to view the "Page Layout" ribbon. In Word 2003, click on "File" in menu at the top of the screen. Then click on "Page Setup."

      Click on the "Size" button in the "Page Setup" section.

      Click on the size you want from the drop-down menu that appears, or click on "More Paper Sizes" if your custom size is not listed.

      Type in the width and height of your custom page size. Click the "OK" button when done.
