How to Replace the Power Steering Pump in a Cobalt

As in all Chevys, the Cobalt's power steering pump is located on the driver side mounted to the firewall. The power steering pump is a metal pump with a fluid container attached to the top. If your power steering pump is damaged or not functioning properly, replace it immediately. If the power steering pump isn't working, you'll run the risk of damaging the car's power steering components.
