How to Hold Down Carpet Runners
Long, narrow area rugs used in spaces like hallways and galley kitchens are called carpet runners, which add color and texture to a room as well as comfort. Because hallways and kitchens are typically high-traffic areas, choose a carpet runner that's easy to clean and can withstand heavy use, like one made of synthetic fibers. Make sure your carpet runner is securely in place by using a carpet pad underneath. Does this Spark an idea?
