How to Draw Cartoon Faces in PowerPoint

Even the most interesting PowerPoint presentations can border on the tedious at times. Add a little bit of humor to your presentation by creating a funny face or cartoon of yourself or anyone else in your slides. There are several online tools to use, including BeFunky.com and MyWebFace.com, to draw personalized cartoons. You can upload any photo you want and "cartoonize" it for free. You do not need any designing skills for this as the program does everything for you.

Instructions

    • 1

Log onto beFunky.com and click on "Get Started" or download the online tool you've chosen.

    • 2

Find the "Create" button on the top bar and select "Photo Effect."

    • 3

Upload the photo that you want to "cartoonize" from your computer by selecting "Browse Files." You can also use your webcam to take a picture of yourself or even your colleague or add the URL of an existing photo. The uploading process takes about 15 to 30 seconds.

    • 4

Click on "Cartoonizer" on the left panel once the photo is uploaded. You will get three different textures/patterns for modifying your photo. Select the one you like. Preview your cartoon photo. Click "Reset" on the top bar if you don't like the effect and wish to choose another one.

    • 5

Click "Save" on the top right corner of the design workspace. Title your cartoon face and save it on the desktop.

    • 6

Launch Microsoft Office PowerPoint and open the slide where you want to add the cartoon face.

    • 7

Click "Insert," select "Picture" then choose "File." Locate your cartoon face on the desktop and insert it. Resize the photo by dragging the corners.
