How to Make 3D PC Gaming Glasses

Use cheap sunglasses instad of a plastic cardboard frame.

If you don't want to shell $100 for 3D glasses for playing PC games, there is an easy and inexpensive way to make your own.

Things You'll Need

• Scissors
• Red cellophane wrap
• Blue cellophane wrap
• Cheap plastic sunglasses

Instructions

1. Pop the lenses out of the sunglasses, but be careful not to break them.

2. Trace the inside of holes in the glasses on the cellophane wrap; trace the right eyehole to make a blue lens and the left to make the red lens. Cut out the eyeholes, leaving a little bit of room around the edges of the pattern.

3. Wrap the colored cellophane over the lenses and pop them back in to the sunglasses frame. Make sure the blue lens is over the right eye and the red lens over the left; the 3D effect will not work if they're reversed.

Tips & Warnings

• If you can't find red and blue cellophane, use clear cellophane and color it with red and blue permanent markers.

• Don't mix up the eyes or there will be no 3D effect.
