Collect all fabric softeners that are used up.Otherwise,purchase a cheap fabric softener sheet pack.Combine a couple of them and clip them onto a hanger.Separate each coat with a hanger of fabric softeners.They will keep the coats fresh and free of odors.

You could also spray the 96 cent spray from Walmart on used freshener sheets and spray them again when you feel like.Place these sheets between piles of clothes.

Make an air freshener at home.See resources for instructions.Hang it in the closet or place it somewhere inside.They are easy to make and very inexpensive.They also last longer and are very effective in absorbing odors.You could also use baking soda to absorb odors.Fill it in a pantyhose and tie it in the closet.
