Other people use a framework like Drupal or Moveable Type, allowing them to bypass some elements of code programming. Still others prefer to use software that bypasses programming and relies instead on a WYSIWYG editor. (WYSIWYG stands for What You See Is What You Get. This type of toolbar is what you see in Microsoft Word and many other applications.) Microsoft Expression Web is one such application that allows you to use a WYSIWYG toolbar to edit web pages.
