Figure out the last day of your last period. Take the last menstrual cycle that you had, and note the last day of that particular period.

Add 40 weeks onto that last day of your last period. So, if the last day of your last period was February 17th of 2010, you would get an estimated pregnancy due date of November 24, 2010.
