Open the "Timeline" panel and select either a text layer or specific individual characters that you wish to animate on your page. From the menu, choose "Animate" and then select "Animate Text" from the submenu.

Re-open the "Timeline" panel and adjust the animator property values depending on how you would like them to appear on the webpage. Play around with the settings to get an idea of the range of animations that you can use and select the ones that you feel will work best for your page.

Expand the range selector and set the keyframes for the animation from "Start" to "End." This will allow you to control the amount and speed of the animations from the beginning to the end. Set the tabs at a speed that you believe would be aesthetically appealing to a general audience.
