How to Change the Primary Address of an iGoogle Account
IGoogle allows you to customize your Google home page. You can add widgets, display your email and do any number of other tasks right from your iGoogle page. You can even set your iGoogle page as your home page so that when you log in, you will have access to everything you need. However, if you put the wrong address in your iGoogle account, or if you move, some of your widgets---such as the weather widget for example---may not display the correct information. Fortunately, you can change your iGoogle address very easily.

Log in to your iGoogle page at http://www.google.com/in. If you are already logged in, you will be able to see your customized page. If you are not logged in, the page you land on will state "You Have Been Signed Out. Sign in to See Your Stuff." Click on the "Sign In" option and enter your username and password to log in.

Click the "My Account" link in the upper-right corner of your iGoogle page. This link is located in between the option to "Sign Out" or to "View Classic Home." When you click this link, you will be taken to your main account preference page.

Select "Edit" under the appropriate field. If you want to change the primary email address, you will select "edit" under the field that states "Email Address" and that displays your current email address. If you want to change the primary mailing address associated with the account, select "Edit" under the "default shipping field," which displays the address you have on file.

Type in your new information and click "Save." You may be asked to enter a password to confirm that you are the rightful account owner. Do so in order to save your change.
