How to Make a Peach and Cream Slush

- 1 cup ice
- 3 cups peaches, sliced
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 slice of lemon or lime
- 1/4 cup of sugar (for the rim)

Put the peaches, vanilla extract and vanilla ice cream into the blender. Blend for about 45 seconds.

Add the water, ice cubes and sugar. Blend for an additional 30 seconds. You should notice a puree texture, which is smooth and lump free but may be a bit grainy. If you notice that your mixture still has chunky ice cubes, use a spoon to stir the mix around, and then blend for another 30 seconds.

Pour the slush into a glass, add a straw and serve. This recipe makes one serving. To add a decorative touch to your peach and cream slush, you may add a lemon or lime and sugar to the rim of the glass. To do this, rub a lemon or lime slice along the rim of the glass, then dip the rim of the glass into sugar.
