Place the Windows XP disc inside of your CD drive and reboot the machine.

Tap any key on the keyboard as the computer is loading up to boot directly from the CD.

Cycle through the screens until you are asked whether you want to perform a repair installation (NOT the recovery console) or a full installation. This screen will come up immediately after agreeing to the End-User Licensing Agreement.

Press "R" to perform a repair installation, overwriting all system files for your operating system and restoring your Add Printer Wizard to functional status.
