Things You'll Need
- Glass tubes
- Phosphorus
- Coating machine
- Blow torch
- Color coating sheets
- Neon transformers

Place a glass tube in a coating machine to fill the tube with phosphorus. Place the tube in a specialized oven to dry the phosphorus. This process takes about 10 minutes.

Coat the outside of the tube with specialized color sheets. Bake the sheets at 450 degrees Fahrenheit. The phosphorus will glow pink by default, so the color is created by the color sheets.

Heat the glass tubes with a burner or blowtorch. Bend the tubes to their desired shapes. Fuse the ends of the tubes with the burner. Bombard the tube by inputting more phosphorus to create a vacuum. This is done with the coating machine.

Hang the sign in front of the business. Use neon transformers to power the sign.
