Things You'll Need
- Vacuum cleaner
- Napping brush
- Nubuck cleaning cloth
- Sponges
- Nubuck leather protector
- Clean cloths
- Hair dryer

Regular Maintenance

Vacuum the surface of your brushed leather furniture. Use a furniture attachment to avoid scratching or damaging the leather.

Rub the surface of the furniture with a napping brush to loosen up any dirt or food particles that may be caught in the nap of the leather.

Wrap a Nubuck cleaning cloth around a sponge and tighten the cloth so that you have a smooth, round surface all the way around.

Wipe the cleaning cloth across the furniture to remove the loose dirt stirred up by the napping brush. Move the cleaning cloth in all directions to remove the dirt from all sides of the pile.

Gently brush the furniture with a dry sponge to restore the look of the nap.

Seal your furniture with a Nubuck leather protector, which prevents your furniture from quickly soaking up spills and protects it from everyday use.
Cleaning Spills

Blot the spill immediately with a dry, clean cloth until you have soaked up all the liquid.

Apply a non-water-based leather cleaner to a clean sponge and gently clean the soiled area, as well as the area surrounding the spill.

Soak up any excess cleaner with a dry, clean cloth and use a hair dryer to dry the entire area. Do not allow the hair dryer to get too close to the furniture and keep it moving around the area to dry everything evenly.

Brush the cleaned area with a dry sponge to restore the look of the nap.
