How to Download Pictures From a Laptop to a Digital Camera
Downloading pictures from the Internet or other source is an easy task and gives you access to pictures that are shared with you. Plug your digital camera into the computer using the USB port and turn on your digital camera. You can also insert your memory card into the memory card slot if your computer is equipped with one.

Go to "Start" then "My Computer". This will bring up all the active drives on your computer. Select the drive that is associated with your digital camera, it will either be the name of the camera, for example "Canon" or the name of your memory card.

Double-click on the camera's drive; click on the title bar and drag the window over to the side.

Go to "Start" then "My documents" to open where your pictures are stored. Open the folder you have your pictures stored in. Drag the window the opposite side of the desktop.

Locate the pictures you'd like to put on your digital camera or memory card. Click and drag the picture to the digital camera window. This will download the pictures onto your camera. Continue this process for each picture you'd like to put on your camera.
