Instructions

    • 1

Align the stretcher rails to the arms. The stretcher rails will make up the connection between the two arms. Take a look at each end of the arm rests. You'll see metal brackets are attached. The metal brackets have two different top edges. The short, wide side of the metal brackets face upwards and the flat, trimmed edges face the exposed side.

    • 2

Insert the barrel nuts that came with the frame; they should just slide in. Remove any sawdust that may hinder the bolt.

    • 3

Insert the bolt. Again, just slide them in until they reach the barrel nut. Don't force them as you could strip the threads. Use the allen key that came with the frame to tighten the bolts

    • 4

Remove one of the rollers that's attached to the back deck. Use the allen key and the supplied wrench.

    • 5

Lay the back deck flat and ask a buddy to hold it in position. Align the seat deck groove to the remaining plastic roller and push them together.

    • 6

Level the seat into position on the arm/stretcher assembly and re-install the removed roller. Copy the look of the existing roller. Place the assembled decks between the arms. Ease one of the plastic runners into the grooves on the arms first, then gently lower and position the other one.

    • 7

Tighten all the bolts to secure the frame.
