How to Remove Outlook Personal Calendar Information

Microsoft Outlook is a email application that allows users to manage tasks, take notes and store contacts. With the email software you can also add personal information and scheduled appointments to the specific dates on your calendar. In a business setting you can share information such as meeting appointments with clients or suppliers. In some instances you may want to delete information on your calendar if the upcoming appointment of event has changed.

  1. Removing Outlook 2003 Personal Calendar Information

      Open Outlook 2003 on your computer and the click the "Calendar" folder. You will see your calendars and information provided on specific dates.

      Click on the "View" option from the top toolbar menu. Scroll over the "Arrange By" option and then click on the "Current View" option.

      Click on the "By Category" option. Go back to click on the "View" option and then scroll over the "Expand/Collapse Groups" option.

      Click on the "Collapse All" option. You will then see the personal calendar information in order.

      Right click on the personal calendar information you want to delete and then click on the "Delete" option. Continue deleting all of the items you want to delete.

    Removing Outlook 2007 Personal Calendar Information

      Open Outlook 2007 from your computer and the click on the "Calendars" option from the "Quick" menu.

      Look through your calendars to find all of the personal information that you want to delete. Double click on the calendar date that contains the information that you want to delete.

      Highlight all the personal information and the press the "Delete" key on your keyboard. You can also right click on the highlighted information and then click on the "Delete" option.

      Continue going into each date and removing the personal information that you want gone. You can go back in to each date to add or edit new information at any time.
