How to Get Rosalina in Mario Kart for the Wii

"Mario Kart" is one of Wii most popular titles, allowing players to choose from a wide variety of favorite characters within the Nintendo universe. Several of the most sought after characters are unlockable until a certain number of points or levels have been completed. There are no cheats for obtaining characters, so the only route to obtaining Rosalina is to follow several in-game steps.

Instructions

1. Start a new game in "Mario Kart Wii" and select the 150cc engine class for whatever vehicle you choose to race with.

2. Obtain a 1 star rating for each of the 8 Mirror Cup races. A one star ranking is based on your driving technique, which factors in your wins, track times, trick points, and errors made, among other things.

3. Save your game after obtaining 1 star rankings for all Mirror Cup races. Go back to the character selection page and Rosalina will be unlocked and playable.

Tips & Warnings

• You can also obtain Rosalina by having a game save on on another from another Mario game, Super Mario Galaxy. If you have this save, race 50 times on Super Mario Kart, regardless on wins or rank, and Rosalina will be unlocked.
