How to Add an Outlook Calendar to HotSync's Conduits
Usually, Palm OS-based devices perform a HotSync with their home PCs and synchronize with Palm's proprietary software, Palm Desktop. However, users of Microsoft Outlook might not be happy with this feature. But Palm also has software included with Palm desktop that allows Palm to add Outlook to its sync capabilities.

Go to the Start Menu on your PC.

Click "All Programs."

Move the mouse cursor to the "Palm" folder that appears.

Click on the "Enable Palm Outlook Conduits" icon in the Palm folder. The next time you HotSync, your Outlook calendar will be synced.

Tips & Warnings
You will not be able to sync to Palm Desktop while the conduit is enabled.
