How to Check Input Times on Outlook Calendar

Outlook Calendar is a great tool to manage all of your events. The events you add to Outlook Calendar are completely customizable; you can set the priority, the start/stop time, and any reminders (just to name a few). Outlook Calendars can be emailed to others, or downloaded into other programs or electronic paraphernalia. With all that Outlook Calendar does, sometimes it's difficult to find the simplest of information, like an event input time.

      Open Outlook Calendar.

      Locate the event for which you want an input time. You can search by day, week, month, or simply type the date you wish to inquire about into the calendar's search bar (upper right-hand corner).

      Open the event. Clicking on the event twice will open it in a new window.

      Click on the Microsoft Office logo and scroll down to "properties."

      Look for the word "modified" followed by a date and time. That date and time is when the event was input or last changed.

Tips & Warnings

  • Once you change an event, the original input time and date will be lost.
