How to Get Yahoo Mail Into Outlook Express

If you prefer Outlook Express' interface to Yahoo! Mail's, or if accessing Outlook Express is more convenient, you can configure Outlook Express to receive mail from your Yahoo! account.

To send and receive Yahoo! mail through Outlook Express, you must have a Yahoo! Plus Mail account, as Yahoo! Mail does not allow free users to access Yahoo!'s POP3 server. Without access to a POP3 server, Outlook Express will not be able to receive mail from Yahoo!.

Click "Start," "All Programs," then "Outlook Express." From the menu bar, click "Tools," then click "Accounts." Click the "Mail" tab.
