Instructions

    • 1

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until the mixture is smooth and the brown sugar is dissolved.

    • 2

Poke both sides of each steak about 4 times with a fork. This will allow the meat to absorb the marinade better.

    • 3

Place the steaks in a casserole dish or in a large freezer bag and pour the marinade over it. Make sure that all the pieces of meat are properly coated with the mixture.

    • 4

Cover the casserole dish with plastic wrap after you have poured the marinade over the meat. If you are using a freezer bag, make sure to tightly seal it, making sure there is no air in the bag.

    • 5

Place the casserole dish or freezer bag in the fridge and let the meat marinade for at least 4 hours. For best results, let the meat marinade over night.

    • 6

Cook the meat however you wish, such as on a grill or baked in the oven.

Tips & Warnings

  • Do not pour marinade left over in the bottom of the casserole dish or freezer bag on top of cooked meat. Dispose of it as it has been contaminated by the raw meat.
