Cinnamon added to milk is also a great way to keep warm in the winter and give your system a boost.   • A cup of regular, almond or soy milk (Vanilla favor)
  • Cinnamon stick
  • Agave or honey

      Heat milk in saucepan over medium heat. Be careful so it doesn't boil over.

      Place a cinnamon stick into your cup. A teaspoon of cinnamon powder can be used instead, but stir well to dissolve before drinking.

      Pour hot milk in the cup and stir with a cinnamon stick. Cover and let sit for 5-7 minutes. Add honey or agave to sweeten if you like.
