How to Slim and Tone Your Thighs
For most women, having shapely, sexy thighs, makes them feel better. Now summer is just around the corner and there is no time to waste! The following exercises will get those thighs slim and toned.

Do a squat with a leg abduction. Which means squat down, then come up bringing your leg outward. When you squat, make sure your knees are behind your toes and in line with your ankles. Make sure your abs are tight when you go down. You can progress this exercise by putting dumbbells in your hands or putting weights at your ankles.
The best thing you can do to tone up is burn more calories in less time. So the more muscles you're working, the more calories you're burning. This exercise works your quads, glutes, hamstrings, your core, and targets the outer thigh. -

Next is pile squats. Stand with your feet wider than hip distance apart. Cross your arms, and sit down like you are doing a regular squat, making sure not to bring your knees past your toes when you squat. This is a great move to work that inner thigh, and also your medial quad.

To work the back of the thighs, your have to work the hamstrings. This exercise is called the single leg, straight leg, deadlift. Stand straight, then lean forward (like you are going to touch your toes), keeping your leg straight and parallel with your body and your lean forward. Make sure your abs engaged while you are tipping over. To proggress, you can hold onto dumbbells or put a weight at your ankle.

The next move is the curtsie, and it targets the outer thighs. Cross your arms. Stand with your feet a little more than hip distance, take your right leg and take it behind your left and squat down, then come back up. Then switch to the other side.
