How to Use Wireless on Nintendo DS Lite
While the Nintendo DS Lite is a handheld console and every player has his own screen to look at, the system can also support multiplayer wireless gaming. Competing against friends is done using the wireless mode featured in the console and supported by compatible games. There are two types of wireless play available to DS Lite owners. The first is single-card play and only requires one game cartridge, and the second, multicard play, requires each player to possess a copy of the game. Gamers must be in close proximity of each other to ensure each DS Lite can send and receive data.
