How to Use Moqui Marbles for Healing

Most moqui marbles originate from the Navajo Sandstone Formation in Utah. The stones are also known as "Shaman Stones" and are believed to have been used by shamans to enable out-of-body journeys and visions. The stones are made of sandstone that is compacted and encased with hematite. Today, they are still used for meditation, and to heal energy blockages in the body which can cause illness. Moqui marbles help to facilitate the flow of Chi energy in the body.
