How to Add a Clock to the Windows Vista Home Page
One of the new features on Microsoft Windows Vista is the addition of gadgets--small programs that can be displayed on a sidebar on the Vista desktop screen. Gadgets such as a CPU meter, calendar and a clock can be chosen from the menu options. The sidebar allows for multiple gadgets at once. It can be customized at any point thanks to an easily customizable menu system. You can use Windows Vista's Control Panel to set up your gadgets.
