How to Polish Titanium Rings
Scratches and minor imperfections can flaw even durable titanium rings. To protect your titanium ring, take it off before doing strenuous physical activities like lifting weights or working with tools. Though it's not necessary to remove every scratch, especially when the ring is new and will incorporate minor scratches into its eventual seasoned finish, a titanium ring can be polished at home to restore its shine and luster. If you have a ring with a specialty finish or other metals, ask your jeweler about refinishing it. Does this Spark an idea?

Tips & Warnings
If you can't find a metal polish specifically listed as safe for titanium jewelry, substitute a polish for stainless steel jewelry. More ambitious guys might use a small power rotary tool with a polishing bit. Be careful and go slowly.
Don't wear your ring when working with machinery or shooting baskets. That's a good way to lose a finger.
