How to Make Macro Available to All Word Documents
Word macros help you automate your work to complete tasks more efficiently. You can record multiple actions you perform repeatedly and call the macro into action when you need it. You don't have to run the macro through the macro window. You can add the macro to your toolbar, or create a keyboard shortcut that runs the macro as well. Word allows you to make the macro accessible globally in all your active documents and templates, or in a specific document when you create it.
