How to Install Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio on XP
The Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio is an application used to manage database servers. The software was introduced with the SQL Server 2005 version and is still bundled with current versions of Microsoft's database software. In SQL Server 2005, the software is not automatically installed when you install the database server. Therefore, you need to install the Management Studio application optionally. This application's install files are found on your SQL Server Management Studio CD or DVD.
