How to Delete an Incomplete Download Program
If you download a program from the Internet and you fail to complete it because you lose Internet connection, you decide you don't want it anymore or some other reason, then the partly finished file will just sit on your computer, useless. It's a good idea to remove such files since all they do is take up space. This often happens if you're using torrent technology.

Double-click on your torrent program to open it. Click on your torrent in the program to highlight it if it's no longer working. Click the "Delete" key on your keyboard You'll be able to tell if the torrent isn't working because the "download" rate won't have a number next to it.

Open the folder where your program downloaded. Click on "My Downloads" in the "Start" menu for a good place to start looking.

Click on the installation file for the program you want to delete, and then press the "Delete" key. Click "Yes" when it asks you if you really want to delete the file.

Double-click on your "Recycling Bin" on your desktop, choose "File" and then select "Empty Recycling Bin" to make sure the file is no longer taking up memory on your machine.
