How to Change Navigation Keys on a Computer Keyboard

Download and install Key Transformation from the link in the Resources section of this article or any other freeware designed to remap keys on the keyboard. These programs rework the functionality of your keyboard to meet your demands, changing "hot keys" or even assigning multiple keystrokes to the press of a single button.

Open the remapping program. You will be presented with a list of keys present on your keyboard.

Select one of the navigation keys from the menu and double-click on it. This will open a prompt allowing you to change its function.

Enter the new desired input for the navigation key and close the program to save changes.
