How to Change Plain Text to HTML in Outlook Express

Microsoft Outlook Express gives users the option of determining how they read and send email. Incoming email with HTML content (images and scripts) can present security threats to your computer. For this reason, you may not want to receive email in HTML format and others may not wish to receive email in HTML format. However, HTML format gives you a greater ability to format your messages and add HTML style and stationery to your messages. If you wish to change plain text to HTML in Outlook Express, you can change this format quickly within the Outlook Express settings.
