How to Sort a Document on Heading 2 in Word
While many Microsoft Office users think of Excel when they need to sort data, Word has a helpful sorting tool as well. You can sort in ascending or descending row, by a specific heading and by more than one level. First, you will need to convert the text to a table with a heading for each column. Then you can sort by the first, second or any heading you choose.
