How to Find a Printer's Address on a Network
Using a network printer has many advantages compared with using multiple desktop printers. If you run a business, buying a separate desktop printer for all your employees can be quite costly. When you set up a network printer, everyone in the office will be able to use the same printer, and this can save you a great deal of money. If you have a home network, using a single network printer can save you space as well as money. Of course, when something is wrong with the only printer on the network, you will need to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Getting the printer's network address is one of the best ways to troubleshoot a problem.
