Navigate to the program icon of the program you wish to add to the "Start" menu.

Right-click this icon, then select "Pin to Start Menu."

View the "Start" menu by clicking the "Start" button. Check the "Start" menu items to ensure you can see the newly added program on the "Start" menu.

Drag the program to a different position on the "Start" menu if you want it higher or lower on the list.

Remove any programs you no longer wish to have on the "Start" menu by right-clicking the icon within the "Start" menu and selecting "Unpin from Start Menu."
