Go to http://mail.yahoo.com in your web browser, and click the "Signup for Yahoo" button at the top of the screen.

Fill in the information form that asks for your name, address, username and password information.

Be sure to choose a password that is difficult to guess so that your email account stays secure. The best passwords have a combination of letters and numbers, with some of the letters in uppercase and some in lowercase.
