How to Change the Orientation in Calendar Creator 9.0
SelectSoft's Calendar Creator 9.0, the precursor to SelectSoft's Calendar Bonanza!, lets you design and decorate calendars for everything from family calendars to personal organizers. Calendar Creator does offer predefined views, such as portrait orientation, but because Calendar Creator offers such a variety of styles and designs, landscape orientation requires the same custom settings as an nontraditional paper size.

Create a Calendar with Custom Orientation

Open a new "Basic Calendar."

Click "Calendar" from the top menu, then click "Calendar Properties."

Enter the new calendar name under the "Calendar Style" tab and select "QuickStyle" from the drop-down menu.

Click "Calendar View."

Select the view, such as "Month" for a monthly calendar.

Click "Add." Then the "View Properties" window will pop up.

Enter a name for your custom layout, such as "Organizer Size" or "Landscape" in the "Name" file.

Set the height and width of your custom layout. Landscape, for example, will have a height of "850" (8.5") and a width of "1100" (11").

Click "Ok."

Click "Ok" to close the "Calendar Properties" window. This will save your custom settings.
Change the Page Setup

Click "Files" and choose "Page Setup."

Click "Landscape" under the "Page Orientation" menu.

Click "Save" to save, and then click "Ok" to exit page setup.

Tips & Warnings
If you use a template already assigned to Landscape orientation you do not need to create a custom template. Instead, you can skip to steps 11-13 to change the orientation of the page from portrait to landscape and vice versa.
