How to Attach a Photo to Outlook Express
Outlook Express is an email provider that allows you to communicate with friends and family as well as meet new people based on your interests in news. Like most email providers, Outlook Express allows you to attach photos with your messages. This feature is nice whether you want to share an interesting photo with a newsgroup or just show a goofy photo to a friend. Once the photo is uploaded to your computer, all it takes is a few clicks of the mouse to have it sent in an email.

Click on "New Message" and type in the email address of the person receiving the message.

Open the "Insert" menu at the top of the window and choose "File Attachment."

Browse through your files to find the photo you want to attach. When you find the photo, click on it once, then select "Attach."
