Glue a large paper plate over a smaller paper plate, so that the larger plate covers up about a quarter of the smaller plate. The larger plate will be the cow's snout, and the smaller plate will be its head and eyes.
-
2
Cut the second small paper plate in half to make the cow's ears. Glue the two halves to the other small plate.

-
3
Let the glue dry.
-
4
Cut two holes for eyes out of the first small plate.

Decorate the cow's face with black markers, crayons or colored pencils. Add black spots to the cow's ears and snout, and add eyelashes, a nose and a friendly smile to the cow's face.
-
6
Staple elastic or string to the mask so that you can wear it around your head.
