How to Embed Pictures in Outlook Express
Outlook Express is a desktop email client that simplifies and aggregates your email accounts all into one location. Some users find using Outlook Express easier than managing several different email accounts over multiple services. For the most part, Outlook Express replicates the features of an e-mail address's online counterpart, including picture options.
