How to Enable BCC in Outlook Express
With Outlook Express, you can create, send and receive email messages and read news. Outlook Express enables you to include a BCC (blind carbon copy) for outgoing email messages. A BCC enables your conceal the identity of the recipients you place in the BCC field when you are sending an email to multiple recipients. If you cannot see the BCC line on your email, you can enable it easily.

Click the Windows "Start" button and launch Outlook Express by clicking its icon on the Start menu.

Click the "Create Mail" to start a new outgoing email. Click the "View" menu on the top and click the "All Headers" option to display the "BCC." You should now see the "BCC" option above the "Subject" heading.

Type your recipient(s) email address and subject and clicking the "BCC" button. Select the contacts you want and click the "BCC." Click "OK." The contacts are added to the BCC field.

Type your outgoing message and click "Send."
